Payment and Exchange Policy

Once you have decided on your Lumi Jewelry Design piece, I will do my best to make your shopping experience as effortless as possible. For your convenience, you can pay through PayPal or credit card. I offer 10 day refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase except for rings because of custom ring sizes.  You would be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Any items damaged via shipping will be replaced by me at no additional cost. Items damaged by misuse of the purchase will be assessed on a case by case basis, plus cost of additional materials, shoud they be needed. If an item needs to be repaired, and the fault lies solely in the craftsmanship, then I will gladly repair it free of charge for 30 days receipt.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery conformation. I can also ship Priority Mail, which as per USPS takes 2 to 3 days. Since I design and hand-make each piece, please allow one or two weeks for me to mail some of your orders. Most orders will ship within 5-10 business days. I will send you an e-mail once I have mailed your package and you will able to track it on.

International Buyers: I ship worldwide with USPS first class international mail. I am not responsible for custom duties.

Packing

All jewelry comes in a Lumi Jewelry Design box.
